Booth Booking Process

Request exhibition information.
You can contact us or go to the official website to download the exhibition information you need! To make sure the exhibition you plan to attend is consistent with the exhibition information you obtain!

Please read the relevant information of the exhibition carefully.
Learn the main information of the exhibition, such as the exhibition theme, relevant exhibition time (including exhibition setup, exhibition, and dismantling time), exhibition location, exhibition nature, expected exhibition scale and other related exhibition information! If you have any questions, please contact us.

3.

Fill in the exhibition application form and send it to the organizer.
Please fill in the exhibitor information in the exhibition application form and send it to the organizer by email or scan. Please use a black gel pen or ballpoint pen to fill in the exhibition application contract form. Forms with scribbled handwriting, random smudges, unsigned, and unstamped are incomplete!

4.

The organizer reviews the exhibition application.
After the organizer receives the exhibition application form from the exhibitor, it will be signed by the sales representative and reviewed and stamped by the sales supervisor. The stamped exhibition application form will then be sent to the exhibitor by the sales representative.

5.

Exhibitors pay exhibition fees.
The principle of booth allocation sequence is: "first apply, first pay, first confirm". After the exhibitor receives the exhibition application stamped by the organizer, it means that the booth reservation is successful. The exhibitor must pay the exhibition fee within three working days. Please email the payment receipt to the organizer.

The organizer sends the exhibitor manual to the exhibitors.
One month before the opening, the organizer will send the "Exhibitor Manual" to exhibitors. For transportation routes, travel accommodation, exhibition equipment rental, exhibition layout, exhibition, and dismantling during the exhibition, please refer to the exhibitor manual!

7.

Booth Construction, Exhibition, and Booth Removal.
CIPPME 2026 Booth Construction: May 31-June 1, 2026; Exhibition: June 2-4, 2026; Dismantling: June 4, 2026, after 3:00 PM. Exhibitors are advised to pay attention to their schedules and plan their itineraries in advance. For assistance during the exhibition, please visit the organizer's office.

8.

After the exhibition, the online display continues.
After the exhibition, the organizer will provide exhibitors with a full year of online display. The publicity channels include the official website of the exhibition, the official WeChat public account, self-media platforms, etc., and nearly 100 cooperative media will reprint it simultaneously.
