Submit Your Visitor Information Online
Search for the official WeChat account "CIPPME" or scan the WeChat QR code by tapping the WeChat icon at the bottom of the page to follow our Official Account. From the account menu, select "Visitor Pre-Registration" and submit your visitor information.

Receive Your Pre-Registration Confirmation Number
Upon successful registration, the system will automatically send an SMS message and an email containing your pre-registration confirmation number. Visitors are advised to retain both the confirmation email and SMS message for future reference.

Present Your Original Government-Issued ID Card for Badge Collection
During the exhibition's public opening hours, visitors shall proceed to the Visitor Badge Collection Counter, present their original government-issued ID card, and complete facial recognition verification. Upon successful identity verification, visitors may redeem their pre-registration confirmation number for a complimentary visitor badge.

Enter the Exhibition Hall with Your Visitor Badge
All personnel are required to present a valid badge for entry throughout the duration of the exhibition. Visitors must wear their visitor badge at all times and may enter the exhibition hall only upon presentation of said badge.
